Important: Your uploaded photos and product descriptions are sent to third-party AI services to generate product listings:

• For images: We use OpenAI's GPT-4 Vision to analyze product photos
• For text-only: We use Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash for faster text generation

These services process your data according to their own privacy policies:

We have verified that these third-party services provide equal or greater protection of your data. Your images and text are processed temporarily to generate listings and are not stored permanently by our app.

For users without an account: We do not permanently store your uploaded images or product information on our servers. Data is processed in real-time and discarded after generating your listing.

For signed-in users (optional): You have the option to save your generated listings (title, description, and keywords) to your account for future reference. This is completely optional - you can use the service without creating an account. Saved listings are stored securely in our database and can be deleted by you at any time from your Saved Listings page.

The AI service providers may temporarily cache data according to their policies.

5. Your Consent

By using ClothingListingPro, you explicitly consent to:

• The collection of your uploaded photos and product descriptions
• The transmission of this data to third-party AI services for processing
• The use of AI-generated content based on your input

You can withdraw consent at any time by simply not using the app or by deleting the app from your device.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission, including HTTPS encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
